If you are either unable or unwilling to provide full access to your Web Hosting Control panel, that's perfectly understandable. However, if that's the case, then in addition to WordPress, we will need both FTP and MySQL access. With both of those, we are able to recover from any catastrophic issue or hack. These items can be individually set up from inside your web hosting control panel.
